We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at this time.

• Standard shipping fee of £4.95 for orders under £40

Delivery timelines

• Standard delivery: 2-4 working days after processing
• Express delivery 1-2 working days after processing (£8.95 additional charge)

Order processing

• Orders typically process within 1-2 working days.
• During busier periods (holidays, sales) processing may take up to 3 working days.
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

We want you to love everything you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
• We offer returns on any item that is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns of opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@wellkept.uk with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours
3. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
4. Attach the return label and drop off at any Royal Mail location unless otherwise specified
